OBITUARY
“Tyson” Colombo, a rescued fur baby to Mark and Melanie Colombo, passed away peacefully on September 27, 2021, while receiving comfort and care from his human family and his loving and compassionate Veterinarian. “Tyson was adopted from the Marion Animal Control Center 12 years ago. The Colombo family was looking to add a dog to the family when they heard about Tyson. He had been at the center for awhile and was nearing the end of his allowed stay, when the Colombo’s met him. When they arrived at the center, the staff turned the dogs loose and two of the dogs began to “pal around” together. It was as if they picked each other as friends. The Colombo’s went to the center to bring home one dog, but they left with two precious companions, Tyson and Zoey. Tyson was a fierce protector of his family, he was not typically fond of other dogs until he got to know them, and he loved to take walks around the neighborhood. He and his fur – sister, Zoey were true pals. He will be greatly missed by his entire family. Tyson, you left your paw prints forever on our hearts.
