Jerry Lee Cavitt, 82 of Marion, Illinois, passed away peacefully at Heartland Regional Medical Center on February 19, 2024. Jerry was born on April 20, 1941, the son of John R. Cavitt and Bernita (Thompson) Cavitt.
Jerry enlisted in the United States Army where he honorably served his grateful nation. He later went on to work at Schilling Trucking in the accounting and administration office.
He is survived by his son Mike Cavitt and his daughter Pam Cavitt.
He was preceded in death by his wife Sandra Walker-Cavitt.
