Marion- Johnnie Mays, 71, of Marion, formerly of Rockford, passed away at 7:35 PM, Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at Marion Rehab and Care Center. It was Johnnie’s wish to be cremated and a private service will be held at a later date. Memorial arrangements were made at Blue Funeral Home in Marion.

West Frankfort- Rose Marie Carlton, 80, of West Frankfort, formerly of Mt. Vernon, passed away at Herrin Hospital on February 1, 2014. It was her wish to be cremated and a private inurnment will be held at a later date at West Salem Cemetery in Mt. Vernon. Memorial arrangements were made at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin.
