Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home Richard Kent Butch Lee-Obituary Herrin-Richard Kent Butch Lee, 55, of Halls, Tennessee and a former resident of Herrin died November 23, 2003 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Ripley, Tennessee from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. Butch was born July 24, 1948 in Herrin to Titus & Cecil (Sadler) Lee. He was a truck driver. He was of the protestant faith. Survivors Include: Two Sons: Todd Lee of Halls, TN. Ryan Lee of Halls, TN. One Daughter: Kara Lee of Alamo, TN. Mother of His Children: Kathy Lee of Halls, TN. Two Granddaughters: Kelsie Lee of Alamo, TN Makaley Lee of Alamo, TN. One Sister: Beverly Tackett of Georgetown, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Rodney Lee. Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, November 26, 2003 at Herrin City Cemetery with Pastor Randy Grace officiating. Friends are asked to gather at the cemetery.
