Ralph “Sonny” Price JOHNSTON CITY-Ralph “Sonny” Price, 53, of Johnston City passed away at 10:25 AM, Monday, August 16, 2010 at his home surrounded by his family. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at Blue Funeral Home in Marion with Brandon Sims and Joshua Price officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until the time of the service on Wednesday at the funeral home. Sonny was born August 11, 1957 in Marion to Archie and Ida Mae (Copher) Price. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Joshua and Misty Price of Marion; daughter, Katie Price of Carbondale; grandchildren, Marissa, Kolten and J.P.; son and daughter-in-law, Rick and Shannon Tolbert; grandchildren, Haley and Harmony; brothers, Marvin Chase and Gary Price; sisters, Glenda Simmons, Toni Asbell, Pamela Garner and Sandra Norris; several nieces and nephews; and ex-wives, Beth Holsinger and Rita Tolbert. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Jerry and Paul Price; and sisters, Mary Polak, Wilma Price and Barbara Price. Sonny was of the Baptist Faith. He enjoyed NASCAR and professional wrestling.
