PEGGY OWENS Pittsburg - Sulah "Peggy" Owens, 69, died at 7:25 a.m. on Monday, February 3, 2003 at her home. She was born April 8, l933 in Carterville to Albert and Alice Jordan Walker. She was a homemaker and a member of Whiteash Community Church. Survivors include: Three sons and two daughters in law - Frank and Carolyn Price - Benton, IL Roger "Peewee" and Jackie Price - West Frankfort, IL Bryan "Tiny" Owens - Pittsburg Grandchildren - Eric Price - St. Peters, MO Chris Price - Bush, IL Frank A. Price - Bush, IL Le Anne Price - West Frankfort, IL Britani Price - West Frankfort, IL Great grandchild - Cody Chitwood - West Frankfort, IL Sister - Emma Davis - Carterville, IL Sister - Pat Warren - Herrin, IL Brother and sister in law - Fred and Jo Ann Walker -Naples, FL Several nieces and nephews Very Special Friend - Judy Edwards Her parents, two daughters, Deborah Lynn Price and Marianne Phillips, infant granddaughter, 5 brothers, Clyde, Albert, Everett, George and Bill Walker and two sisters, Belle Westbrook and Velma Lyell preceded her in death. Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 6, 2003 at Johnson Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin. Rev. Ed Martin will officiate. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Carterville.
