Mary Jo Manning

Creal Springs Mary Jo Manning, 54, of Creal Springs passed away on Friday, April 6, 2012 at 6:53 PM at her residence. A memorial service is scheduled for Mary Jo on Friday, April 13, 2012 at 6:00 PM at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Marion with Pastor Martin Otte officiating. Blue Funeral Home in Marion is assisting the family with arrangements. Mary Jo was born to Allen Jr. & Emelie (Anderson) Boyer on Tuesday, July 16, 1957 in Rockford, IL. She married Lonnie Manning and he survives. She is survived by her loving husband, Lonnie; daughter, Emily Willett of Greenville, IL; father, Allen of Freeport, IL; step-sons, Shawn Manning of NC & Eric Manning of IA; 3 grandchildren and sister, Robin Boyer of Freeport. Mrs. Manning was preceded in death by her mother and brothers, Robert Schmidt & Roger Boyer. Mary Jo was an avid member of ORLC in Marion and a member of Christian Motorcyclist Association. She ran Gateway Health Ministries with her husband.
