Loren Ray (Toby) Walker

Hurst Loren Ray Toby Walker,65, passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2006 at 11:08 A.M. at Herrin Hospital. Toby was born February 3, 1941 to Orville & Bessie (Owens) Walker in Herrin. He married Patty Patrick on March 6, 1993 in Cambria and she survives in Hurst. Toby worked at Diagraph Bradley. He was a member of the Herrin Eagles. Survivors include: Wife Patty of Hurst Mother Bessie Walker of Herrin Three Daughters: Kendra Walsh and husband Ted of Freeman Spur Barbara Walsh and husband Raymond of Herrin Pam Lambert and husband Jim of Logan Two Step-Sons: Derrick Patrick of Hurst Christopher Alexander of Hurst Six Grandchildren: Jason Sittig of Cadic, KY Andrea Sittig of Freeman Spur Raymond Walsh III of Herrin Robert Walsh of Christopher David Lambert of Logan Misty Wyant of Benton Four Great Grandchildren: Mickey, Jaycie and River Sittig Asher Wyant Brother Henry Walker and wife Tillie of Murphysboro Two Sisters: Darlene Smith and husband Jim of Johnston City Marilyn Gibbons of Herrin Special Brother-in-law Carl Patrick of Hurst Preceded by: Father, Three Brothers Orville, Larry and Ronnie Walker, Sister Letha Walker Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 1, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin with Rev. Don Colson and Rev. Tim Gossett will officiate. Burial will follow in Blairsville Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service at the funeral home. For those who prefer memorials may be given to the family and will be accepted at Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home.
