Johnston City- Linwood Childers, age 74, of Johnston City, passed away at 4:15am on Sunday, July 19, 2015 at Herrin Hospital.
Linwood was born in Taylor County, Kentucky, the son of Trapper and Della Tommie (Reed) Childers. He is survived by his sister- Rita Childers of Campbellsville, KY.
Memorial graveside services will be held at a later date at Brookside Cemetery in Campbellsville, Kentucky. Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin is assisting the family with memorial arrangements.
