Laura Jo Hughes

Laura Jo Hughes, 23, passed away on Monday, September 12, 2011, at 4:45 P.M. as a result of an automobile accident. Laura was born November 19, 1987, in Herrin the daughter of Louis Ray and Rhonda (Gentry) Hughes. She worked as a store manager for Hucks and attended the 1st Apostolic Church of Marion. Laura was a loving daughter and mother, her daughter Emily meant everything to her. She is survived by her; Daughter Emily Adelle Edwards of Pittsburg; Mother Rhonda Smith of Pittsburg; Step-Father Dennis Inboden of Pittsburg; Two Brothers: William Craig and wife Sherry of Marion; Jacob Ray Hughes and wife Julia of Marion; Sister Sadie Hughes of Marion; Maternal Grandparents Frankie and Carolyn Craig of Pittsburg; Paternal Grandmother Judy Hughes of Johnston City. Preceded by her Father and Maternal Grandfather. Funeral services will be Friday, September 16, 2011, at 11 A.M. at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home with Rev. Ron Walls officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Paulton. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 5 - 8 P.M. at the funeral home.
