John Kevin Parks

John Kevin Parks, 50, of Herrin passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2014 at 10:43 pm at his home. John was born May 1, 1964 in Marion the son of Tom and Lucille Parks. Survivors include his; Son – Darrell E. Parks of Rantoul, Illinois Two grandchildren; Kaleb & Daniel Parks of Urbana, Illinois Father – Tom Parks of Marion Uncle – Jerry Parks and wife Shirley of Marion Half-brother – Brian Rich of Marion Proceded by his grandmother Ruby Reed, Paula Rich and Erskine Rich A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2014 at 1 pm at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral with Rev. Cecil Atchison officiating.  Visitation will be from 11 am until the time of service at the funeral home.  Inurnment in Rose Hill cemetery will be at a later date.
