John Eugene Ellis, age 75, of Herrin, Illinois, passed away at 10:55 a.m. on Friday, November 20, 2020 at Shawnee Senior Living.
John was born in Williamson County, Illinois on March 9, 1945, the son of William and Sophie Sue (Barnouski) Ellis.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
John’s wishes were to be cremated. A graveside service will be held at a later date. Johnson-Hughes Funeral Home in Herrin is assisting the family with arrangements.
