James H. Shellnutt, Jr, 52, of Goreville, passed away on Saturday, April 21, 2012 at 5:26 PM in Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah, KY as a result of a car accident.
It was Mr. Shellnutt’s heroic decision that his viable organs be donated and that he then be cremated. The family will hold a private memorial service in James’ honor at a later date. Blue Funeral Home & Crematory in Marion is assisting the family with his final wishes.
