Helen L. Heintz MARION-Helen L. Heintz, 81, of Marion passed away at 8:30 AM, Sunday, January 8, 2006 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, January 10, 2006 at Blue Funeral Home in Marion with Pastor Leroy Waggoner officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 AM, Tuesday, January 10, 2006 at the funeral home. Burial will be at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Marion. Memorials may be made to the Lake of Egypt Christian Church, envelopes are available at the funeral home or may be sent c/o Blue Funeral Home, PO Box 411, Marion, IL 62659. Mrs. Heintz was born on March 11, 1924 in Williamson County, Illinois to Ernest and Mammie (Hollis) Jolly. Survivors include grandchildren, Tina and Richard Gursky and Johnnie Lee Meneese all of Marion; great grandchildren, Steven Lee Penley, Jessica Renee Meneese and Jena Meneese; great great grandchildren, Sesslie Renee Russell, Dakota Joseph Hilt and Austin Lee Penley; brother, Howard Jolly of Thompsonville; and sister, Ruby Simpson of Marion. She was preceded in death by her parents; 1st husband, John Meneese; 2nd husband, Oscar W. Heintz; son, Johnny Ray Meneese; and several brothers and sisters. Mrs. Heintz was a longtime member of the Lake of Egypt Christian Church. She worked at Norge in Herrin for 35 years. She loved to help people and spend time with her family.
