Glenda Darlene Hall

Glenda Darlene Hall, age 72, of Marion, Illinois, passed away on January 30, 2026. She was born on January 16, 1954, in Marion, Illinois, to Glenn Wesley and Lenora Earl (Kimmel) Borum.

Glenda found joy in the simplicity of life and cherished quiet, peaceful moments. She enjoyed bowling with friends, taking long drives, and, most of all, caring for her two children, whom she loved deeply. Those who knew her will fondly remember her gentle spirit and her unmistakable nervous giggle, which often surfaced in moments of shyness or humor and became an endearing part of who she was.

A Southern Baptist Christian, Glenda lived her faith quietly and sincerely.

She is survived by her children, Clinton Hall and Ashtyn Bingham, and her husband, Shawn Bingham; three grandchildren, Greyson Bingham, Italia Bingham, and Dax Bingham; her brother, David Michael Borum; her sister-in-law, Debbie Borum; and her niece, Rachel Borum.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Glenn and Lenora Borum.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Blue Funeral Home, under the direction of Binkley-Ross Funeral Home. No services will be held at this time. A graveside service will be held in the spring, with details to be announced at a later date.
