Earleen Ruth Lockamy

Earleen Ruth Lockamy, of Marion, Illinois, passed away peacefully on July 30, 2026, at the age of 83.

Earleen was born on August 17, 1943, in Kankakee, Illinois, to Donald and Emma Eastman, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her three brothers.

She is survived by her two sisters; her daughter and son-in-law, Ruth and Jackie Maynor; her grandchildren, Jackie Maynor Jr., Christopher Maynor, Emma Maynor, Kyle Maynor, Sarah Maynor, Joseph Maynor, Samuel Maynor, and Samantha Maynor; many beloved great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She also leaves behind many extended family members and friends who will cherish her memory.

Earleen found joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved singing gospel hymns, reading, working puzzles, and spending time watching television. Her gentle spirit, love for her family, and quiet faith touched the lives of those who knew her.

Though our hearts are heavy with grief, we are grateful for the years we shared with her and the memories that will remain with us always. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.
