Marion Dora Imogene Edwards, 79, died Sunday, March 27, 2005 at 12:42 P.M. in Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion. She was born March 21, 1926 in Bloomington, Illinois to Albert & Velma Stevens Hacker. She married Kenneth Lavern Edwards on December 31, 1946 in Morganfield, Kentucky. He preceded her in death on May 31, 1998. She was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Josephs Catholic Church. She enjoyed reading and antique collecting. Dora Imogene is survived by: Her Daughter Sharon & Rev. Jerry Owens of Grove City, OH Five Grandchildren: Kenneth Herring & wife Laurie of Fairview Heights, IL Monte Herring & wife Shannon of Kirkwood, MO Shelley Crane Cincinnati, OH Melanie Cole Huntsville, AL Timothy Owens Several Great Grandchildren Sister Marjorie & Bob Howell of Johnston City Special friend Kyle Williams of Marion Preceded by: Parents, Husband Kenneth, Daughter Paula Kay Duane and Sister Evelyn Oliver. Funeral services will be Friday, April 01, 2005 at 11:00 A.M. at Mitchell-Hughes Funeral Home in Marion with Father Richard Mohr officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
